Our vision is an Armenia where democracy is the foundation of security and peace, and where informed, engaged citizens actively shape their communities, governance, and future. In an era of rapid technological advancement, we place special emphasis on the Fourth Generation of Human Rights, ensuring that fundamental freedoms evolve alongside the digital world. We work to safeguard personal data protection, free and open internet access, freedom of expression, and the right to remain protected from digital security threats.

We believe that in a modern democracy, individuals must not only have the right to information but also the right to navigate the digital space safely, without surveillance, censorship, or manipulation. Through education and advocacy, we empower communities with media literacy, critical thinking, and digital security skills, enabling them to resist disinformation, protect their privacy, and exercise their freedoms in the digital landscape. Beyond the digital realm, we are committed to ensuring equal participation in governance, self-organization, and decision-making at local, national, and international levels.
